We arelooking for an exceptional individual to join HeyCharge as Head ofGrowth for the DACH region. In this role, you will partner with thefounders to build a critical mass of users, while testing andbuilding the roadmap for our go to market strategy. Your work willdrive the playbook by which HeyCharge expands within and beyondDACH.

HeyCharge,based in Munich, Germany, is an EV charging technology company thathas a proprietary technology that delivers affordable, scalable,and easy to install EV charging and connectivity solutions tomulti-family building owners and operators, OEMs, and EV fleetoperators. By 2040, there will be over 309 million chargersglobally, with over $589 billion will be invested; HeyCharge’stechnology is foundational to every product sold in this market. Weraised a seed round led by BMW i Ventures in late 2021 and are wellon our way to achieving market traction. YourPriorities

The Company’s charging products arein the latter stages of certification within Europe and the US;commercialization of products has begun with a targeted group ofmulti-family buildings and EV fleet operators. These customers arepurchasing hardware, a SaaS platform solution and direct power fromHeyCharge.

The Head of Growth will pick up on theexisting pipeline, continue to test go-to-market hypotheses (0-1)and then scale the teams while partnering with operations andengineering teams.

The GM will report to the CEOand will partner with the US Growth team and HeyCharge Operationsteams to drive the strategic direction of thebusiness.

Responsibilities

  • Partnerwith BD, product and operations teams to understand existingcustomer wins and how these may be leveraged forgrowth.
  • Identify areas of greatest opportunityand focus resources on maximizing thesechannels.
  • Develop and test go to markethypothesis across customer types; while partnering with operationsand engineering teams to document onboarding and customersuccesses.
  • Rapidly scale sales functions(internal and / or reseller) as sales experiments produceactionable insights.
  • Leverage growth,operations and engineering insights to partner with the executiveteam on go to market customer growth strategy that includesresellers, OEMs, direct to utility partnerships and direct B2B SaaSdeals.
  • Represent the business at industryevents, conferences and events targeted at the real estate orclient focussed sectors.
  • Develop playbooks, inconjunction with engineering, operations and finance, to scalebusiness out of DACH.
  • Experience& Qualifications :

  • A start-upmindset and a true entrepreneurial spirit having previously scaledand developed technology led growthorganisations.
  • Time spent In an incubatorenvironment or In top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) ishighly beneficial.
  • A no-ego servant leader thatleads from the front and is as comfortable at grass-roots salesefforts and building sales teams from 0-1 as they are working withexecutives and board members to set operationalstrategy.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense ofownership and a nothing-is-impossibleattitude.
  • Domain experience in the electricvehicle charging infrastructure proptech, utility, or real estatespaces are a plus, but not required.
  • Acollaborative approach toproblem-solving.
  • Analytical, data-drivenmindset.
  • A fluent Germanspeaker.
