Your mission
As the Head of Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving Bella&Bonas growth across Munich Berlin and the broader DACH region. You will lead and expand a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) own key deals refine sales operations and enhance B2B acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for monitoring key sales KPIs ensuring accurate sales forecasting and maintaining ownership of the sales pipeline. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and upskilling the sales team while also ensuring seamless alignment with Marketing Data and Account Management teams to drive overall company success.
- Lead mentor and scale a highperforming team of 5 SDRs and Account Management fostering a resultsdriven and collaborative culture.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth in Munich Berlin and the DACH region.
- Own and optimize the entire sales funnel from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics including pipeline health conversion rates and revenue performance.
- Implement and improve sales processes and operational efficiencies using datadriven insights.
- Conduct sales forecasting and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analytics Teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers including HR representatives and office managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities to strengthen Bella&Bonas market presence.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track sales activities ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Represent Bella&Bona at industry events networking opportunities and client meetings.
