Product Owner - Cubonic Customer Portal & AI Initiatives (m/w/d)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Cubonic Customer Portal and our AI-driven initiatives.

This role is critical in aligning our product offerings with customer needs and market demands, ensuring that both platforms deliver exceptional value and user experience.

Product Vision & Strategy :

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cubonic Customer Portal and AI projects, aligning with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement :

• Engage closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring that the product meets user needs and exceeds expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions and communication.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to translate the product vision into detailed requirements and actionable tasks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient product development cycles.

Product Development & Delivery :

• Oversee the end-to-end development of the customer portal and AI-driven features, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, iterating on the product to enhance functionality, usability, and satisfaction.

Market Analysis & Competitor Benchmarking :

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Adjust the product strategy proactively to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Compliance & Security :

Ensure that both platforms adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in data security and privacy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a proven track record of managing digital products in the automotive, logistics, or tech industries.
• Experience with AI projects, SaaS solutions, or customer-facing portals is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features and interfaces.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI / ML technologies, fleet management systems, or vehicle telematics.
• Knowledge of UI / UX design principles and experience working with design teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle connectivity technologies.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and data analytics tools.
