This is a senior leadership position and will be responsible for supporting a diverse client portfolio across Information Security & Cyber Risk.
Job Description
About the role :
The role will see you providing specialist advice as part of a large multi-discipline engagement team. You will be responsible for leading projects in the following areas - cyber and cloud transformation / migration, security engagements, advising on the development and adoption of secure architecture patterns, secure software engineering practices (such as DevSecOps), or optimising cyber defence operations.
You will work with colleagues in Germany and globally to develop new and innovative security solutions and specific industry propositions that solve client problems / issues and integrates with their overall IT delivery and support strategy.

Key Responsibilities :
- Managing delivery of Cyber Security engagements with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements including meeting quality, time and budget targets
- Working with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements
- Contributing to developing the market for security services across all sectors, identifying sales opportunities and working with other senior leaders across the business to create proposals and marketing material
- Leading and developing team members by sharing knowledge, acting as mentor and coach to them and leading by example
- Creating thought leadership and market materials for selling and promoting the businesses Cyber and Cloud Security offerings

To qualify for the role you must have :
- Professional experience operating as a cloud or security architect in a management capacity.
- A background in Cloud and Infrastructure with real-world experience that goes beyond IaaS (PaaS, SaaS, Microservices, Containers, Serverless) and demonstrable Cloud Engineering knowledge.
- Experience of Cloud Platform Services (IaaS, SaaS and PaaS), Cloud Architectures and Cloud Engineering across one or more global providers : Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Experience managing and coaching others in the development and delivery of complex client solutions and / or proposition development
Ideally, you’ll also have :
- Security and Cloud related qualifications such as : CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, TOGAF, SABSA, and / or vendor architectural qualifications in : AWS, Azure and / or GCP.
- Key sector experience in one or more of the following : Energy & Utilities / Retail and Consumer products / Life sciences / Telecoms, Media and Technology / Transport
- Proven track record of supporting business development
- Professional services experience working as a consultant with market leading organisations in the delivery of their Cloud Security solutions
