Senior Business Development Manager (m / f / d) Aerospace

We are a leading company in the aerospace industry, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m / f / d) to join our team.

Our mission is to develop innovative solutions and further strengthen our position as an industry leader.

Your Tasks

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to enter new markets in the Space & Defense sector
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers and partners in the aerospace and defense industries
  • Active participation in tender processes and proposal development
  • Developing customized solutions and products in close collaboration with the engineering team
  • Monitoring and analyzing market and competitive trends and deriving appropriate recommendations for action
  • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree or equivalent education in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in business development / sales, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense sector
  • Solid technical understanding and experience with complex technical products and systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial initiative
  • Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
