Trainer / Learning Services Analyst (m / f / d)
We are currently looking for a new full-time Trainer / Learning Services Analyst to join our team in Essen.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
- Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
- Stay abreast of changes in the workflows and policies in order to adapt training methods and materials
- Be the main point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
- Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills
- Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business
Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English on a C1 LevelEnthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employeesProficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferableFlexibility to keep up with project speed and openness to new requirementsStructured, organized and responsible working approachHigh level of policy and operational knowledgeWhat we offer :
