Sustainable Procurement Manager - Max. 3 years (m/f/d)

Lead cross-functional and global sustainability projects from conception, structure, coordination and execution end-to-end within supply chain
Ensure robust internal and external stake holder management within different hierarchies
Initiate and maintain a project time-line within measurable KPIs as also a report structure for the mentioned project.
Collaborate closely with Process Managers, Global Process Owner, DIT and tool providers, coordinate demands towards DIT
Manage & coordinate synergies within overlapping projects
Lead cooperatively with impacted departments the creation of policies, training process and required documentation.
Ensure due-diligence strategy is defined and audits on demand are planned and supported
Support data-driven decision making and data quality improvements
University s degree in economics and / or Engineering
At least 4 years of experience in procurement or in corporate sustainability
Long-term experience in cross-functional, international and virtual teams
Communication skills, reasoning power and assertiveness
Analytical as well as conceptual skills
High level of personal initiative and responsibility
Structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset
Project management and presentation capabilities
Fluent written and spoken English and German
