Accounting Assistant
A Japanese logistics company which operates an open bonded warehouse in the field of semiconductor products and components.
Currently they are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Accounting Assistant near Frankfurt.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with invoices, credit notes and more.
B2 level German and business-level Japanese will be required for this role.
You will work within an international working environment.
TYPE : Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS : 8 : 00-17 : 00 from Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break)
SALARY : Depending on experience, but around 40K
START : ASAP
LOCATION : Near Frankfurt (Office-based position)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Control and processing of incoming invoices
- Invoicing
- Posting internal invoices and credit notes
- Keeping the fixed asset accounts
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- B2 level of German and business level of Japanese
- Highly proficient in IT skills (DATEV, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Very data-oriented and orderly way of working
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A high degree of motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging team
- A proactive approach to work and analytical skills
