Sales Operations Specialist (f / m / x) - We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (f / m / x) to start immediately for our client, a information technology company based in the Munich area.

For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Your Responsibilities as Sales Operations Specialist (f / m / x)

• Managing daily requests and escalations resolution from customer and sales representatives
• Tracking customer payments and minimize overdue invoices
• Quoting to distributors and direct accounts in alignment with the Sales Manager
• Report, manage and maintain relevant project and customer data in CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Proactively collaborate with Sales on opportunities for Operations support and removing roadblocks through the entire opportunity lifecycle
• Timely generation and distribution of reports, forecasts and sales information
• Participation in cross-functional projects as required

Your Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent English and French (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus
• Several years working experience in inside sales, order processing, Sales Operations, Customer Operations
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and experience in dealing with customers
• Capable of preparation offers and sales orders
• Knowledge of maintaining sales opportunities in a CRM system and good knowledge of MS Office, in particular very good user knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce) and SAP
• First experience in collaborating with Channel partners
• Good knowledge of shipping framework conditions
• Resistant to stressful situations and Enthusiastic with a positive charisma and convincing attitude
• Very good collaboration skills and high team spirit but also an independent working style and high motivation
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English & French, Spanish is a plus
