(Inhouse) IT Engineer Office 365 (m/f/d)

For our global IT Operations team, which manages and continuously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to the cloud.

Your tasks :

• Tackling tasks : Support and administration of the Microsoft 365 platform; planning and implementation of modern solutions for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams as well as support and implementation of Azure Cloud Services for Office 365 related topics.
• Taking responsibility : Technical requirements management including consulting and managing implementation via service provider coordination;

support and maintenance of Office 365 environments, including troubleshooting and problem solving

• Implementing with precision : Ensuring compliance with IT security and governance requirements; creating and maintaining technical service documentation
• Driving progress : Supporting and expanding our modern Microsoft infrastructure; working on projects to introduce new technologies and innovations in the Office 365 environment
• Living cooperation : Contact person for internal departments and close cooperation with our global IT teams and external partners

Your profile :

Qualification : Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m / f / d) with several years of practical experience);

certifications in Office 365 an advantage

• Experience : Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in medium-sized companies / industry
• Know-how : In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure SAML, enterprise applications and concepts such as migrating email or SharePoint services from other sources to Office 365;

familiarity with the governance and compliance requirements of Office 365

• Working style : Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, initiative and strong service orientation
• Personality : Affinity for and proactive engagement with modern technologies and advanced IT structures and systems; analytical approach to challenges
• Languages : Fluent English skills, German an advantage
