Our automotive customer is in the process of becoming independent as part of a larger organizational transformation. To support this transition we are looking for an experienced EDI Consultant / EDI Coordinator to oversee the migration of existing EDI systems to an external service provider.
The role focuses on process coordination stakeholder communication and testing not on technical development or interface setup.

Tasks
Act as the main coordinator between business stakeholders external EDI service providers and trading partnersSupport the outsourcing and migration of existing EDI systems and interfacesEnsure effective communication alignment and documentation between all partiesMonitor test and validate EDI message exchanges and data qualityCoordinate and document issue resolution test cases and go-live activitiesDefine and implement processes and governance structures for the new EDI setupOversee daily EDI operations to ensure stability and smooth data exchangeRequirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in EDI coordination business integration or interface managementSolid understanding of EDI processes and standards (e.g. EDIFACT ANSI X12 IDoc)Experience in collaborating with external EDI providers and managing multiple partnersHands-on experience with testing and validation of EDI connections and data flowsExcellent organizational and communication skills in an international environmentStructured proactive and detail-oriented working styleFluent English (spoken and written)Ability to work independentlyKey Skills
