Together, we bring expertise in partner management, offline marketing, performance marketing, website optimization, SEO, and content marketing to enhance visibility among market stakeholders.
Your mission :
Reporting directly to , our TL Partnerships, you'll collaborate closely with our commercial team and leadership, researching, negotiating and expanding our partnership revenues and cultivating these relationships.
From navigating complex market dynamics, establishing valuable partnerships, and integrating these partnerships effectively within the existing business model, you’ll be in the driving seat behind expanding our market opportunities and increasing revenue.
THE ROLE
- Identifying Potential Partnerships : extensively researching suitable partners, such as software providers or opportunities in the corporate Fleet and Leasing Market, building and nurturing (long-term) relationships with them.
- Negotiating Partnership Agreements : aligning interests between Shiftmove and potential partners by designing partnership agreements that are flexible yet detailed, accommodating varying scenarios and long-term scalability.
- Integrating Partners into Existing Operations : ensuring seamless integration of new partnerships with internal GTM Teams (prosumer marketing, customer support, and product development) by adapting existing systems and processes, which may involve technological integrations or workflow adjustments.
- Sustaining and Growing Partnerships : providing continuous support and management of partnerships, addressing challenges as they arise, and fostering relationship growth.
- Performance Measurement : regularly evaluating the performance and ROI of partnerships by establishing clear metrics and reporting, and adjusting strategies for maximum impact if needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in business development, consulting, sales or similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech companies experiencing rapid growth).
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong business relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business fluent German and English (min. C1)
- Understanding of the fleet management market and the landscape of potential software providers and distributors is a plus.
