We are partnered with a globally leading, well-established organisaiton offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services.
They pride themselves on delivering comprehensive technical solutions and services to the Healthcare industry, including Biopharmaceutical manufacturing and Drug Manufacturing, personal care, cosmetics, and cleanroom facilities.
Must work 3 days a week onsite in the Dusseldorf area
The role Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle : advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue
- Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
- Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
- Become a central point of contact, coordinator, and administrator of all important product and customer information
- Interface between internal office and field service sales teams
- provide Assistance and high level support in quotation management and order management
- project Enthusiasm to customers and interested parties already on the phone during the consultation phase
- Active sales, consulting, and support of our customer based in the field of pharmaceuticals / cosmetics / pharmacies
- identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Requirements
- Lifesciences educational background in Microbiology / biology or similar
- 2+ years of internal sales experience in life science, including contract management.
- Good working knowledge in GMP and decontamination practices.
- Native German speaker, and professional English.
- Structured, analytical, and reliable work approach..
- Strong focus on exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
