Your Role...
Bring a holistic perspective, the jobholder will coordinate and oversee quality initiatives as a whole for the administration of the Faculty.
Reporting to the Head of Faculty Administration, the jobholder will contribute to optimal design and administration of processes in order to ensure compliance with legislation, and with internal and external guidelines.
Plan and ensure execution of periodic quality monitoring for the management of the Faculty.
Activities / Tasks :
- Maintain, monitor and develop internal quality assurance systems and indicators
- Ensure internal communication and cooperation within the Faculty and the University administration regarding all quality enhancement related questions and activities
- Participate and initiate meetings and report to different audiences about quality processes
- Contribute to reliable, consistent, effective and efficient processes (e.g. education process, finance and reporting process, IT processes, etc.)
- Help to define the quality expectations / standards within the Faculty / Department / processes
- Mapping and developing processes and standards
- Assessing and analysing change impacts
What we expect from you
- Higher education degree
- Experience (min. 3 years) in a similar position
- Quality assurance and / or change management certification would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (e.g Visio, MS teams, Excel, powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels of staff with tact and diplomacy and to facilitate progress in a professional manner
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills with a proven ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal), a good knowledge of French and / or German would be an advantage
