About the Role

How you will contribute

• Personnel processing including contract and certification management
• Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters
• Support in the monthly preparation of payroll accounting including control
• Maintenance of the time recording and payroll system
• Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management
• Preparation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
• Support of the personnel management
• Collaboration in national as well as international HR projects

Your Key Qualifications

• Commercial training with further education in the HR area desirable (HR manager), alternatively a successfully completed degree with a focus on HR
• First professional experience in human resources is an advantage
• Knowledge of social security and labor law is advantageous
• German & English fluently spoken & written
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications
• Experience with time recording and payroll systems is an advantage
• You are a team player, responsible, have strong communication skills, are reliable, maintain an overview even in more turbulent times and appreciate direct contact with internal and external customers.
• You work independently and are characterized by a clear hands-on mentality as well as goal-oriented, organized and proactive work with high self-demands.
