one of the leading application-oriented research institutions in the fields of high-frequency electronics, photonics and quantum physics.

Our work is based on III / V compound semiconductors and covers the entire value chain - from simulation and semiconductor technology to assembly and delivery of ready-to-use modules and prototypes.
