For our client, a global Tier 1 supplier to the aerospace industry, we are looking for a Manager Process Control & Conformance (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement .

Your tasks
- Take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Quality Assurance and Technical Training department.
- Coordinate the analysis of rejected components and initiate optimization measures that comply with legal regulations and standards.
- Ensure that internal FAI / LAI inspections are carried out on time.
- Be responsible for and coordinate daily improvement rounds in close cooperation with relevant departments and interfaces, including RPQ, PDCA and 8D reports.
- Review, approve and document changes or new assembly processes.
- Review and qualify customer processes for internal assembly processes.
- Coordinate internal audit planning and conduct product and process audits according to internal and external specifications.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, customer requirements, specifications and component documentation (e-CAIR).
Your profile
- Degree in engineering (FH / TU) in the field of aircraft construction, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (production technology) or a comparable qualification.
- Training as an auditor according to DIN ISO 19011.
- Several years of management experience in quality management in the aviation industry.
- Sound knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 8D, 9-Steps and Ishikawa.
- Strong planning and analytical thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of SAP R / 3 and proficient in the use of common MS Office applications.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
