Our team in Dresden is looking for an Azure DevOps Specialist.

About the role

An Azure DevOps Specialist at KLA:

• Is part of an agile team of up to 8 members including developers, a Product Owner (IT Infrastructure Manager) and a Scrum Master.
• Implements creative software solutions enabling our software development teams to continuously integrate new features.
• Drives the migration from the Atlassian Suite to Azure DevOps.
• Shapes our working environment and work processes in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Is an expert in our DevOps tech stack including Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, PowerShell and Packer.
• Feels comfortable with the Software tech stack which is currently built around .NET (C#, .NET 6, WPF, gRPC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and MS-SQL Server) but increasingly opening up for modern web technologies.

How we hire

1. Review application

2. Call with TA

In case of a positive review, our recruiter will contact you to clarify questions on both sides.

3. Coding task

To get an impression of your way of problem-solving, we provide a coding task. As we appreciate the invested effort, we will carefully review your work and share an honest and detailed feedback.

4. First Interview

The first interview is usually done with one of our HR specialists and one of our senior engineers. After getting to know each other, the coding task serves as a discussion starter.

5. Second Interview

In the second interview, you will meet your manager and talk to one of the developers of your prospective team. Also, it usually turns out to be a friendly talk and less structured interview.
