We are looking for a motivated and proactive working student (m/f/d) for the HR Digitalization Team at our headquarters in Metzingen starting in March 2026 for a duration of 6 the HR Digitalization Team we work closely with IT to implement our HR systems ensuring process optimization within the global HR organization. We firmly believe that with the right HR tech many processes for employees can be solved faster and better.

What you can expect:

• You will support the planning coordination and organization of projects and independently take on sub-tasks.

• You will work closely with the project managers in the HR Digitalization Team and gain comprehensive insights into the conception and implementation of HR digitalization projects actively shaping their realization.

• You will actively support the preparation and execution of HR and IT events at HUGO BOSS.

• You will independently create presentations and newsletters and develop target group-oriented communication materials around our HR digitalization topics.

Your profile:

• You are studying business administration communication sciences IT or have a similar qualification.

• You have good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken.

• Experience in creating print materials is an advantage.

• Your commitment flexibility and strong organizational skills set you apart.

• An independent and reliable way of working as well as a strong service orientation combined with a professional demeanor are your strengths.

• You are trustworthy enjoy working with people and demonstrate strong team orientation.
