Lead Business Analyst Sales (m / w / d) Medizintechnik
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Ansprechperson für den Customer Service und Global Trade Bereich
- Proaktive Beratung des Fachbereichs bzgl. neuer Lösungen und Optimierungen
- Verantwortung für die technische und fachliche Konzeption von SAP Lösungen im Bereich Customer Service und Global Trade
- Fachliche Teamführung und Mentoring
- Entwicklung einer Roadmap für die entsprechenden Customer Service und Global Trade Projekte und -initiativen mit dem Fachbereich
- Projektmanagement für größere Projekte als Projektmanager sowie Unterstützung bei der Aussteuerung und Anleitung von externen Dienstleistern
Ihr Profil :
- Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie bzw. alternativ eine IT-Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
- Langjährige praktische Erfahrung und ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im SAP SD Modul
- Praktische Erfahrung und ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im SAP GTS Modul
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit S4 / HANA
- Erfahrung mit VISTEX sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
