Technical Support Engineer
We have partnered with an exciting AI based Customer Service Software company based in Germany and we are excited to be supporting them on their search for a Technical Support Engineer to build their new AI based Product :
Your Responsibilities :
- Become an integral part of our "Customer Care" team, serving as the primary contact (m / f / d) for technical and application-specific support inquiries from our renowned clientele.
- Handle customer queries efficiently via Jira, email, or phone channels.
- Independently classify and process inquiries, collaborating closely with customers and specialist departments to ensure successful and solution-oriented resolutions.
- Perform installations, project-related configurations, and conduct training sessions as part of customer projects.
Qualifications :
- Completion of IT training or a similar qualification.
- Previous professional experience in a software or IT company, ideally in a support or related role.
- Enthusiasm for technical subjects and a penchant for independent work.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written German; proficiency in English is desirable.
