This position is essential to ensuring that a company performs at its highest possible level of productivity. The main duty is to supervise and carry out plans, procedures and projects that will increase productivity across the board.

Development and implementation of improvement strategies : Analyze current processes and identify potential for improvementCreate and implement plans for continuous improvementConduct in-depth analysis (if required), including data collection, data analysis and data synthesis, to provide key insights for improvement across all areas of the businessProcess optimization : Project management to make processes and procedures more efficientImproving productivity by implementing best practicesApplying lean and RCI methodsTeam management and training : Leading and supporting teams in the implementation of RCI projectsTraining employees in RCI methods and toolsPerformance monitoring and reporting : Creating and tracking KPI's to measure effectiveness and successReporting results and interim results to managementConducting audits to ensure compliance with standardsPromoting a culture of continuous improvement : Motivating employees for continuous improvementOrganizing workshops and events using the RCI principlesWhat do you bring with you?

Completed studies in Supply Chain (Master degree)Several years of experience in a similar function in the production or process area of a company in the chemical industry, preferably in the field of oleochemistryKnowledge of technical processes in productionProject management basicsInterest in lean management and process optimizationIndependent and structured working styleStrong communication skills, moderation skills and enjoyment of implementation-oriented project workGood MS Office user skills as well as good German and English skillsConstant search for improvement and efficiency opportunities and tireless willingness to continuously improveStrong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressureStrong team player, reliable, solution-oriented and well-structured way of working with a hands-on mentality Ability to act as a driving force for change across all areas of the businessWhat we can offer you?
