Ecommerce Project Manager

Role Overview : As the Project Manager for E-commerce, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and management of the new online store.

Reporting directly to the senior management, you will have the opportunity to grow in responsibility and salary, with the potential to advance to the Head of E-commerce position over a year.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the new e-commerce website.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and product management to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and effectively manage resources to meet project milestones and goals.
• Oversee the selection and integration of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and other relevant technologies to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue growth through the online store.
• Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and drive business results.
