About our client

Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees, for the company in Regensburg we are looking for a Project Planner MEP (full-time position).

Qualifications and knowledge :

  • Technical training (technical system planner) with additional training as a state-certified technician (TGA area) or a successfully completed technical college degree (e.g. building technology, TGA planning)
  • Good AutoCAD knowledge
  • Initial experience in hook-up planning and / or TGA planning (1-3 years)
  • Communicate confidently in German

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Coordination and development of project principles with trades and system managers
  • Derivation of the required dimensions of systems or pipe systems to ensure security of supply and disposal
  • Plan creation in AutoCAD
  • Organization of the construction site process with trades and plant managers
  • Creation of schedules
  • Construction supervision
  • Organization and implementation of commissioning and decommissioning of systems and infrastructure
  • Cost planning
  • Documentation and project completion
