Working Student: Change-Management & Inhouse Consulting (f/m/div)
- Experience Change Management : You support the Organization Transformation and Change Management team in advising and supporting the HR Business Partners and business units
- Understand Project Management : You collaborate in the conception, implementation and documentation of organizational development and change projects
- Create Concepts : You create concepts and presentations on organizational development, leadership and change management
- Take responsibility : You support in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the company-wide employee survey
- Shape the future : You support in the conceptual development of measures as a result of the company-wide employee survey
- Communicate effectively : You develop and implement communication formats (e.g. podcast, blog articles, etc.), as well as supporting the team with current projects and administrative tasks
- Stakeholder management : You cooperate with and coordination of internal and external partners
- Study field : You are currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, (Business) Education, (Business) Consulting or similar field of study
- Experience : You have already gained initial experience in the field of human resources, personnel and / or organizational development or in a management consultancy, and have some experience in the preparation and moderation of workshops is considered as a plus
- Way of working : You have organizational talent, willingness to learn and a high degree of independence and communication skills
- Skills : You are proficient in the use of MS Office
- Availability : You are available for at least 6 months at 20 hours per week
- Language skills : You have an excellent command of German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information :
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months.
You must also not be in a semester of leave.
You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team.
You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
