YOUR DUTIES
- ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are clean and well maintained
- ensure a seamless, efficient and friendly service at all times is provided
- close communication with all relevant departments
- coordinate and inspect the work done by contractors
- prepare of duty roaster
- ensure high quality standards remain consistently high
- monitor and control of departmental costs
- being in charge of administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- minimum of three years’ experience in Housekeeping
- strong leadership skills
- outgoing personality and positive attitude
- proven financial capabilities within the Housekeeping department
- passionate for service
- fluent in English and German
