Your prospective job :

For our prestigious client Airbus Aerostructures at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as IT Project Manager (m / f / d) and will take responsibility for the rollout and implementation of IT-applications for Airbus Aerostructures with up to 10.000 users.

You will also apply modern project management methods and participate in the conception of solutions, project planning and implementation.

Your responsibilities :

• Planning and controling the projects, managing project budgets, risks, opportunities and stakeholders
• Controling suppliers, steer the project team and ensure quality
• Communicating with and manage external service providers and internal stakeholders
• Understanding and presenting complex IT issues in a way that is tailored to different target groups, from subject matter experts to high-level managers
• Creating standardized and meaningful documents to prepare management decisions
• Supporting in requirements analysis
• Ensuring a smooth operation of the applications the Jobholder is responsible for, before handing them over to operations of our IT Service Lines

Your profile :

• Completed studies in informatics, businessinformatics or comparable
• Experience in building ITIL services is mandatory
• Scrum and SAFe is mandatory
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
• Profound knowledge of project management software, agile and kanban tools
• Experience with ARIS process management is an advantage
• Experience with cPlace project management is an advantage
• Microsoft SharePoint knowledge is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of microservices IAM, CI / CD and SaaS is an advantage
• Experience in classic IT process models and with agile frameworks
• High proficiency in English and basic German skills, both written and spoken
