Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is looking for a Legal Support Specialist to join their Luxembourg office and contribute to smooth operations across their dynamic practice.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting lawyers with document preparation, client correspondence, and case management.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Managing files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with billing and administrative tasks.
  • Being a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring excellence in service.

Who we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Billing Assistant, ideally in a law firm.
  • Strong command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and supporting high-profile clients.
