StellenbeschreibungCompleted education (degree) in mechanical or mechatronic engineering. Experience in commissioning of hydro turbines including auxiliaries and governing systems of advantage. Alternatively : Technician level education with relevant professional experience. Fluent English spoken and written. German and further languages knowledge of advantage (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French). MS-Office skills. Unlimited readiness for worldwide short and long term business trips and permanent site deployment. Result orientated, analytical- and teamwork capabilities, as well as loyalty and high operational readiness. Intercultural experience of advantage.
Your tasks
- Leading and / or execution of site commissioning (worldwide) of hydro turbines including auxiliaries and governing systems.
- Leading and / or execution of site commissioning (worldwide) of mechanical balance of plant equipment such as cooling water systems, drainage and dewatering systems, oil supply systems and hydraulic steel structures.
- Fault finding, optimization and reporting during the commissioning works.
- Responsibility for meeting time schedules and quality requirements.
- Handover of equipment and training of customer.
- Technical project and engineering support at the back office in Heidenheim.
