User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social (f/m/x)

Tasks

Role overview

As a User Acquisition Manager focused on Paid Social , you will play a pivotal role in managing successful paid social campaigns to acquire new users for our apps.

• You plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns across performance UA platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest.
• You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• You execute A / B tests in order to improve UA performance.
• You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• You foster new and current relationships with our networks and partners.
• You collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions to scale our user base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.

Requirements

• You have a university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification.
• You have 2-3 years of relevant experiences in Marketing with a focus on Paid Social Advertising.
• You are experienced with paid marketing campaigns.
• You are proficient in Meta Ads and have a strong understanding of TikTok.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• You are dedicated, flexible and excellent in communication.
• Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is welcome.
• High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games is a plus.

Please note : this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! : )
