ERP Project Manager (Workday Experience Needed)

Introduction to the Position :

Our client is seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to spearhead their finance transformation initiative. As the ERP Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of Workday Financials in collaboration with the implementation partner.

Following the go-live phase, you will assume responsibility for system maintenance and roadmap design and implementation.

If you possess a strong background in ERP implementation projects and have exposure to Workday or related systems, this is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organization.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage relationships with external implementation partners, providing guidance, oversight, and escalation management as needed.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, identify challenges, and drive consensus on solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, issue logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, ensuring thorough testing of system functionality and adherence to business requirements.
• Transition the project into the post-go-live phase, assuming responsibility for ongoing system maintenance, support, and enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a long-term roadmap for continuous improvement and optimization of the Workday Financials platform.

Desired Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, preferably with a focus on financial systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience working with Workday Financials or other ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
