Our client, an automotive company, is recruiting for a Junior Technical Support Specialist (Automotive) to join their project in Germany.

Job Responsibilities :
Technical Support
- Provide technical online and remote support for service partners (SNW, phone, video conference).
- Offer on-site technical support for service partners.
- Record and report quality issues.
Documentation and Training
- Assist in translating, proofreading, and writing technical documents.
- Support the training of service partners.
- Provide technical advice in reviewing warranty claims.
- Assist in conducting training courses.
Project Collaboration and Administration
- Participate in technical preparations for the launch of new products.
- Assist in developing a recommendation list for special tools.
- Support projects and temporary tasks in the technical after-sales area.
Qualifications :
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, preferably with further training in high-voltage and diagnostics.
- Initial experience in troubleshooting, quality control, and warranty management in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data evaluation.
- Technical understanding and ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and process improvement methods is an advantage.
- Independence and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Erfassung und Meldung von Qualitätsproblemen
Modul 2 : Dokumentation und Schulung
- Unterstützung beim Übersetzen, Korrekturlesen und Verfassen von technischen Dokumenten
- Unterstützung bei der Schulung von Service Partnern
- Technische Beratung bei der Überprüfung von Reklamationen Anträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Schulungen Kursen
Modul 3 : Projektmitarbeit und Administration
- Mitwirkung an technischen Vorbereitungen für die Einführung neuer Produkte
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer Empfehlungsliste für Spezialwerkzeuge
- Unterstützung von Projekten und temporären Aufgaben im technischen Bereich des After Sales
