Deine Mission

Als hochqualifizierter Netzwerk Spezialist bist Du Teil des Entwicklungsteams, in welchem Du eine wichtige Rolle beim Aufbau der zugehörigen Prozesse / Technologien spielst. Durch das Beteiligen an komplexe Aufgaben und die Verantwortung im Bereich Netzwerk, hast Du die Möglichkeit Dich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln. Zu Beginn bist Du mitverantwortlich die Inbetriebnahme in die IT Struktur bei unseren Kunden zu begleiten sowie den Aufbau einer IT Struktur für unsere Remote Driving Center. Des Weiteren wird es Deine Aufgabe sein, eine zuverlässige Wifi Datenübertragung zwischen unseren teleoperierten Gabelstaplern und dem Remote-Driving System in einer industriellen Umgebung zu ermöglichen.

Das bedeutet, dass Du für ein drahtloses Kommunikationskonzept für unsere Roboter in industriellen Umgebungen verantwortlich sein wirst. Zudem stellst Du eine geringe Latenz, hohe Verfügbarkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit sicher, sodass es auch mit mehreren Teilnehmern kompatibel ist. Für die Standortunabhängige Steuerung der Fahrzeuge wird außerdem eine verlässliche und sichere Verbindung über VPN über mehrere Standorte ein wichtiges Entwicklungsziel sein.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung einer zuverlässigen, sicheren und redundanten Netzwerkverbindung zwischen unseren Fahrzeugen und Remote Driving Standorten
• Optimierung der Wirelessverbindungen hinsichtlich Latenz, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Optimierung der VPN Datenübertragung von Fahrzeug- Videodaten über mehrere Standorte und Fahrzeuge
• Entwicklung einer Netzwerk Infrastruktur von Netzwerkkomponenten für die Fahrzeuge
• Auswahl und Inbetriebnahme von Netzwerkkomponenten für die Fahrzeuge
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme unseres Systems beim Kunden
• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung unserer Plattform durch Aufbau und Betreuung von Servicearchitekturen
• Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien für die Erhöhung der Cybersecurity innerhalb des Systems
• Informieren über neue Netzwerktechnologien und Empfehlen neuer Tools und Technologien zur Verbesserung unserer Netzwerkinfrastruktur

Your mission

As a highly skilled software developer, you will be part of the development team. Your task will be to enable reliable WiFi data transmission between our teleoperated forklifts and the remote-driving system in an industrial environment. This involves being responsible for designing a wireless communication concept for our robots in industrial settings, ensuring low latency, high availability, reliability, and compatibility with multiple participants. For the location-independent control of the vehicles, a reliable and secure connection via VPN across multiple locations will also be an important development goal. On the software side, you will be in charge of implementing the interface to the remote-driving software, allowing continuous monitoring of the network connection. Furthermore, you will be involved in the initial setup and integration of our system into our customers' IT infrastructure. As an early team member, you will play a key role in building the related processes / technologies. At the same time, you will continue to grow personally and professionally by engaging in complex challenges and being responsible for the network area. You will work directly with the founders and play a central role in the team. The network is indispensable for us, as without a reliable and stable connection, we cannot control the vehicles effectively. Your expertise is crucial in ensuring a robust network connection, which impacts performance and the overall success of the implementation process.
