Your future role.

  • Managing a team of Teamleaders and Sales Managers optimizing strategies to accelerate growth and profitability.
  • Strong CRM proficiency to drive proactive Service Portfolios in a global matrix sales organization.
  • Foster collaboration and ownership with Regional Sales Teams and drive regional target achievement and customer success.
  • Prepare and drive the global Service sales Go-To-Market strategy and ensure the achievement of the sales targets set.
  • Build a competitively high performing sales organization by attracting, developing and retaining talent.

Your profile.

The basis of your success is a Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

10+ years of proven competence and experience in sales leadership

10+ years of successful track record of Sales Management and Sales Strategy in meeting and exceeding targets

Strategic leader with high level of ownership and very good customer relationship skills, market insights and people leadership skills
