Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the GOS Group Operations & Strategy team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months commencing as soon as possible as a Facility Manager .
You can look forward to
With your know-how in technical building management, you take on an important role in Facility Management for the Hannover Re Group premises including outdoor facilities in Hannover and maintain a continuous dialogue with in-house customers as well as internal and external experts.
- Evaluating relevant laws & regulations in the core business of technical building management (operator responsibility)
- Defining action fields and elaborating change requirements incl. implementation recommendations based on normative standards (change management)
- Representing the client's interests in projects, expert point of contact for outside third parties
- Supporting tendering procedures, involvement in placement
- Supporting installations within technical building managements incl. on-call duty
- Development and ongoing optimisation of internal standards & processes
You come equipped with
- Engineer in the field of building services engineering, electrical engineering or facility management, or technician / master craftsman in the field of sanitary engineering, heating technology, climate control technology, ventilation technology or electrical engineering etc.
- Experience in technical building management, with experience as an operational facility manager welcome
- Experience in dealing with laws, ordinances, standards and regulations
- Experienced in the use of building management systems (e.g. building control technology)
- Relevant expertise in quality management
