Hetronic, a Methode Electronics company is the world leader in Industrial Radio Remote Control's (RRC) for Crane, Mobile Hydraulic, Ex intrinsically Safe for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, Construction equipment, Material Handling, Forestry, Agriculture, Concrete Pumps, Concrete cutting and Locomotive Control application.
We are looking for :
A goals oriented person who will identify new business opportunities and achieve Hetronic's revenue goals. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Radio Remote Control (RRC) and some of the industries listed.
What will you do :
- Regularly visits new customers and seeks new opportunities related to RRC.
- Meet or exceed revenue and profit targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities in new accounts.
- Develop a robust sales plan that includes opportunity generation plans, identification of new accounts and further penetration of existing accounts.
- Drive customer understanding of business value of Hetronic proven solutions to secure new business.
- Submit Quotations to customers.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Works closely with the customer, engineering, and operations to ensure requirements and expectations are achieved.
- Drive product and technology development by highlighting needs of market.
- Oversee day-to-day account management issues, drive urgency for resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts.
- Keep CRM system updated.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need :
- Fluent in German and English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with the Operating Machinery Remote Control Solution Industry.
- Proven track record on consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to leverage resources when and where needed to achieve customer and organizational goals.
