This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their Sales career within a supportive, and amazing company culture!
What you will do :
As a SaaS Account Manager at Commvault you will be part of our amazing SMB International organization. You'll be responsible for self generate leads, advancing the sales process, closing new / existing business, and achieving individual sales quotas.
This is a full end to end sales cycle role that requires the successful candidate to hunt and find new prospects, progress with leads from channel and marketing, up-sell into existing install and close the deals in the defined territories (list of SMB accounts).

You will have a proven record of selling and closing deals directly in collaboration with channel partners. Strong negotiation and hunting / challenger mentality is required to ensure that deals are closed at an acceptable level of value.
How you will make a difference :
Develop sales opportunities by researching and prospecting (cold / warm call).
Upsell and Cross-sell in to the client base.
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine vital strategic sales approaches.
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product / service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
Support marketing and channel efforts like tradeshows, partner events etc.
Overcome objections and deliver an individual sales quota.
Emphasize product / service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales order forms.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Position requirements include :
Ideally, experience with Microsoft Office, SFDC and Outreach (or other Customer Engagement Platform)
Excellent customer handling skills with a collaborative style, supporting internal and external clients, as needed
Multi-tasking and time management skills to effectively work under deadline pressures
Works independently and uses appropriate judgement in decision-making to bring about positive results
Effectively work in a team-based environment with limited supervision, as well as independently to complete work duties
Must be able to understand and follow guidance effectively in English.
Effective interpersonal and positive team-working skills.
Must be fluent in German and English language skills both written and verbal to a professional level
