Senior IT Project Manager (m/w/x)

Your mission

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will assume a strategic key position with extensive responsibilities. You will lead IT projects in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals (OKRs) :

• Project Management : You will manage complex IT projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and specifications.
• Team Coordination : You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define clear project requirements and objectives .
• Planning and Monitoring : You will create and maintain detailed project plans, continuously monitor progress, and manage risks and challenges to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance : You will ensure that IT projects meet business requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Promoting Best Practices : You will promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methods.
• Team Leadership and Development : You will lead and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional and personal development.

Your profile

• Academic Qualification : You hold a university degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience : You have at least five years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
• Expertise : You have deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Team Leadership : You have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and can demonstrate success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Experience in multi-project management or program management is an advantage.

• Communication and Leadership Skills : You possess excellent communication and leadership skills and are capable of effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
• Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills : You are highly self-motivated, work independently, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Language Skills : You are fluent in German and English at C2 level.
