Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Airport Compliance Administrative Support
This is a fixed-term contract until September 2025 , to replace a maternity leave.
Your responsibilities
- Your daily tasks
- Assisting in the preparation, review and updating of regulatory documents and reports to ensure compliance with EASA regulations.
- Organising and managing electronic and physical files, ensuring that they are up to date and easily accessible.
- Supporting Compliance staff in compliance monitoring and audits.
- Maintaining the document management system
- Carrying out general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes at compliance meetings.
- Contributing to the development and dissemination of compliance training materials and programmes.
- Preparing regular compliance reports and summaries for management review.
- Participating in the creation of presentations and reports for regulatory audits and inspections.

The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2 years' experience in compliance.
- Airport experience is a plus.
Skills and knowledge required
IT Tools
Mandatory :
Microsoft Office suite
Languages
Mandatory :
- French : fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English : operational level in the business (B1 minimum)
Nice-to-have :
- German / Luxembourgish : the knowledge of this language would be an asset.
