As the Account Marketing Analyst youll drive sell-through and elevate YETIs brand presence across German wholesale channels. Youll develop and execute tailored marketing plans for German dealersboth online and offlineensuring seasonal campaigns and evergreen content are delivered on-brand and on time.

The aim of your role is to create valuable retail marketing stories for the YETI dealers in your region and work closely with the sales agent to align on annual account marketing plans for those. This should happen through proactive relationship management of our retail partners external agents and internal stakeholders and in close cooperation with the E uropean Marketing Team.

The Account Marketing Analyst is part of the E uropean Commercial Team and reports to the Account Marketing Manager E urope

Your Responsibilities :

Build and manage strong relationships with German retail partners in close alignment with local sales agents.

Act as the primary marketing contact for dealers in Germany.

Develop tailored account marketing plans including in-store activations digital presence and overall brand representation.

Coordinate visual merchandising assetsfixtures signage and digital contentand oversee creative execution.

Collaborate closely with the E uropean Account Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of marketing tools and assets.

Monitor and report on campaign performance ROI and execution.

Identify opportunities to expand YETIs footprint in retail environments (e.g. branded zones shop-in-shop concepts).

Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail touchpoints in Germany.

Partner with Key Accounts to enhance online brand visibility through elevated brand stores newsletters and social media.

Conduct regular store visits to strengthen relationships and uphold YETIs visual merchandising standards.

Lead and coordinate retail events and trade shows including staffing and asset management.

Manage the German retail seeding budget and sample order process.

Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.

Support and evaluate marketing initiatives for effectiveness and future planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

4 years of experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising ideally within premium outdoor or lifestyle brands.

Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing strategies .

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

Creative energetic and trend-aware .

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Service-oriented with a proactive hands-on approach.

Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across E urope.

Passion for the outdoors and alignment with YETIs core values .

Must have the right to work in Germany.
