Your tasks
- Implementing the strategic guidelines from the management for the production areas to achieve the company's goals
- Supervision and monitoring of all production areas in the company
- Disciplinary and professional management of all employees in the technical area
- Continuous analysis of processes with the development of solutions / optimizations to increase the company's efficiency
- Cost, production and demand planning in the areas of switch cabinet construction, cable assembly and test equipment (manpower, machinery, orders)
Our expectations of you
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related technical field or further training as an electrical engineer
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a managerial position
- Sound knowledge of control cabinet construction, cable assemblies and CAD software (AutoCAD and EPLAN)
- Strong problem-solving orientation and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- Very good written and spoken German
