Sales Engineer (m / f / d)
Your Tasks
- Developing innovative concepts for products, services, and comprehensive ground or user segments for satellites
- Building and nurturing a network of contacts with customers, potential scientific and industrial partners, and colleagues across the entire OHB Group
- Contributing to studies, R&D projects, and space system proposals (both technical and commercial)
- Engaging in activities such as scouting for new opportunities, identifying and initiating R&D projects, forming industrial partnerships, and allocating budgets to specific tasks
- Coordinating and crafting sections of technical, management, implementation, and service proposals
Your Qualifications
A dynamic and engaging career opportunity for individuals with :
- A university degree in Space System Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
- At least initial, preferably extensive, professional experience in one or more of the following areas : system engineering, software development, space system operations, Satcom, project management, or business development
- Strong presentation skills, capable of confidently presenting to customers and colleagues
- A high level of motivation to do whatever it takes to get things done efficiently and effectively
- The ability to work independently, acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills on your own
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2 level), with a preference for additional fluency in spoken and written German (B2 level)
