About The Role

We are seeking a curious and results-oriented professional to join our Performance Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating the insights that will shape our next creative hit. This involves drawing insights from the latest trends in digital marketing advertising and closely monitoring our competitors.

Your primary focus will be to ensure that our performance marketing teams, with a specific focus on Paid Social Media, have the right creatives to achieve high revenue and low cost per user acquisition.

This role is not to create these creatives but to be the bridge between the data / hypotheses gathered and the delivery of these to all channels.

What You Will Do

Digital Marketing Trend Analysis :

• Stay ahead of the latest Digital Marketing advertising trends (focusing on Paid Social Media), identifying emerging patterns and most converting assets.
• Set up a tracking mechanism to understand capture, analyse and learn from emerging patterns and competitor analysis.

Competitor Monitoring :

• Regularly track and analyze competitor creatives. Provide insights into their strategies, campaigns, and overall positioning.
• Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.

Results Measurement :

Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search and social content to display across conversion funnels to : boost customer engagement and conversions, lower the cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).

In other words, make data-driven decisions.

Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to suggest recommendations for business performance improvement.

Collaboration with Creative Teams (Design and Video) :

Work closely with the Brand and Creative Marketing teams at Blinkist / Go1 to translate these insights into creative strategies.

Ensure that our processes run efficiently and maintain a focus on performance.

Use technology to reduce production time and cost :

Integrate AI, automation tools and in-house developed technologies to improve our creative production process ensuring lower delivery time and cost.

What You Need To Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, data or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
• Highly data-driven with expertise in SQL usageProficient Excel level
• Digital marketing experience is preferred, but an appetite to learn is a must
• Creativity, self-organization, and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills, adept at seamlessly working with cross-functional teams.
