Head of Engineering
Head of Engineering (m / f / x) Lower Saxony
In this role you will be responsible for the organisation of the department including technical and disciplinary employee management.
You will also be responsible for advising the management on technology related issues, construction projects and the capacitive alignment of building technology, media and equipment.
Your tasks as Head of Engineering (m / f / x)
- Management of the areas of building technology , building qualification and system qualification
- Organisation of the department including technical and disciplinary employee management
- Further development of the professional competence of employees and promotion of independent working methods
- Ensuring that the building and technical infrastructure is available for efficient business operations
- Responsible for the provision of GMP media, such as clean air, water and steam, as well as gases, building management technology, monitoring systems
- Special attention is paid to occupational safety and fire protection
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, GMP guidelines and international guidelines
- Ordering, negotiating and monitoring service providers for repair, maintenance, expansion and conversion work
- Responsible for maintaining the outdoor facilities
- Obtaining and considering opinions from the Qualified Person, the Head of Manufacturing, the Head of Quality Control and the Head of Quality Assurance
- Advising the management on technology-related issues, construction projects and the capacitive alignment of building technology, media and equipment
- Analysis of technical processes and the development of sustainable solutions to increase the efficiency and availability of building technology, media and equipment
Your qualifications as Head of Engineering (m / f / x)
- Successfully completed master's degree in building technology, supply technology, bioprocess engineering, pharmaceutical technology, hospital operations technology or a related field of study
- Relevant professional experience in a management position desirable
- Experience in project work (conversion / new construction) in GMP clean rooms including project planning, qualification, conversion and commissioning is an advantage
- German and very good English skills complete your profile
