The Fraunhofer Institute for Electron Beam and Plasma Technology FEP is located in Dresden and focuses on developing innovative solutions, technologies and processes for surface modification. For the development of solutions for various industrial tasks in surface treatment, vacuum coating and for organic semiconductors we use our core competencies in

electron beam technology,

roll-to-roll technology,

plasma-activated large-area and precision coating,

technologies for organic electronics and

the development of technological key components.

What you will do

As part of a  Bachelor's or Master's thesis , you will work on a scientific topic relating to one of our diverse research projects.

You are enthusiastic about technological challenges and would like to support us in industry-related research projects

Ongoing studies, preferably in the natural sciences or in the field of electrical engineering / information technology or in a related field of study

in an independent way of working and enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork

good language skills in German and / or English
