Human Resources Manager
CM Medical are currently partnered with one of the global leaders in medical imaging AI who are taking the fight to cancer.
They're expanding globally but plan on adding significant headcount to their European operations, building on the success of their existing European team.
Due to growth, they're seeking a highly organized and proactive EU Operations Manager to spearhead the establishment and management of operational processes in Germany.
The company operate globally, but their HQ is in Germany and are looking for someone to take responsibility for creating the infrastructure which will allow them to expand in Germany and the wider European market.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee internal operating processes, including HR, payroll, and finance functions for the European operations.
- Optimize and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure alignment on financial and governance matters.
- Drive the implementation of key systems and processes essential for the European growth.
- Provide support for logistical operations as the company expands its footprint in Europe.
Requirements :
- Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of operational management experience, with a focus on HR, payroll, and finance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and external partners, is a must.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery is essential.
- Strong project management skills are required, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional proficiency in Korean and / or knowledge of the German employment law is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with start-up environments and healthcare / AI industries.
