Field Application Engineer
SG Micro, as a growing semiconductor supplier, is looking for an experienced Field Appllcation engineer to support our rapid growth in Eurpoe.
We are a young dynamic team which has been started over one year, gives opportunities to bring in your own ideas and experiences.
The FAE position offers a wide range of opportunities from Sales and account managment insights to technical training and debugging.
Responsibilities :
- Alignment with sales team for business strategy and priorities
- Providing competition technical SWOT analysis for sales dealing decisions
- Providing SGM product training and end-equipment system knowledge training to local sales and disttributors
- Working closely with key accounts to understand customers' needs, identifying SGM opportunities
- Providing timely technical support to enable customers' engineers better evaluate and adopt SGM products in their system
- Building relationship matrix with key customers' technical descision makers
- Communicate customers new requirements to product line for new product development
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with analysis and debug of circuits and subsystems
- Ability to help debug customer board level issues
- Interest to work in a multinational team with direct contact to Asia and other areas
- Ability to take iniative and work independently
- Willingness to travel inside Europe and International
