In this Internship position, you will collaborate with our People Lead on diverse people topics, ranging from Talent Acquisition and People Operations to Office Management, encompassing all aspects of our employee life cycles.

Die Rolle

• Talent Acquisition Support : Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding new employees.
• People Operations Assistance : Assist with contract creation and support general people operations topics to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Employee Engagement : Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events and conducting surveys.
• Office Management : Help with the day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring a productive and welcoming work environment.
• HR Data Management : Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Dein Profil

• You are a student (m / f / d) in a business, HR, or comparable study program.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in People & Culture, payroll, and contract management (not a must).
• You work independently, diligently, and discreetly.
• You are open, communicative, and value teamwork as much as we do.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
