Tasks : The main missionof the role is taking over the responsibility of generatingtechnically accurate and commercially competitive proposals forautomation project opportunities based on Mitsubishi Electric'sDistributed Control System PMSXpro and Supervisory Control and DataAcquisition (SCADA) system Genesis64.

The main tasks of thesuccessful candidate include :

• Evaluation and clarification ofcustomer's technical specifications and assessment of theirfeasibility given Mitsubishi Electric's plant automation solutionsportfolio
• Engineering of the proposed solution based on customerrequirements and Mitsubishi Electric's portfolio
• Accurateestimation of required Bill of Materials and Quantities andconsequently cost of the proposed solution
• Creation and supportthe sales responsible in negotiation of technical and commercialdeviations with the help of solutions management and contractsmanagement departments
• Evaluating technical and commercial risksof automation solution bids and proposing the respective mitigationmeasures
• Support sales responsible in clarification andnegotiation of prepared proposals with the customers
• Supportsales responsible in transferring won projects to the projectexecution organization Profile :
• University degree in electricalengineering with specialization in automation, control orelectronics from an accredited university or equivalent trainingand experience
• Detailed knowledge of automation and controltechnologies and solutions specifically Distributed Control Systems(DCS) and Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems* Knowledge of process plants engineering as well asinstrumentation shall be considered beneficial
• Knowledge ofutilities market and other process industries would be an advantage* Past experience of generating proposals for industrial solutionsand / or working experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS)and Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition Systems
• Multipleyears of experience in solution and project business especially ingrowth cycle
• International work experience and exposure
• Focusedon business results and customer value creation with high level ofattention to detail
• Cross functional collaboration skills and theability to influence without authority
• High level ofinter-cultural sensitivity with the ability to function well in anextremely international environment
• Fluent in business Englishand German. Mastery of additional European Languages especiallywill be a plus Benefits
