Customer Service Specialist for DACH market in Malta (2000 EUR relocation bonus)

Position Summary :
In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat.
You’ll handle a variety of inquiries, from booking assistance to technical troubleshooting, all while maintaining the high standards of service that our airline client is known for.
This is a full-time position based in Malta, with a structured work schedule and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.
What We’re Looking For :
- Language Proficiency : Native-level fluency in German is required, along with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Experience : Previous experience in customer service is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling different types of customer inquiries, and be able to manage their workload independently.
- Technical Skills : Strong computer skills are a must, with experience in using customer service tools. An ECDL certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility : Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as required by the project.
- Eligibility : Applicants must have a valid work permit for Malta, such as an EU ID or residence card.
