Are you ready to take your customer support skills to the next level? We are looking for talented German speakers to join our team as Airline Support Specialists, where you’ll be the voice of a leading international airline.

Position Summary :

In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support across multiple platforms, including phone, email, social media, and chat.

You’ll handle a variety of inquiries, from booking assistance to technical troubleshooting, all while maintaining the high standards of service that our airline client is known for.

This is a full-time position based in Malta, with a structured work schedule and a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Language Proficiency : Native-level fluency in German is required, along with a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • Experience : Previous experience in customer service is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable handling different types of customer inquiries, and be able to manage their workload independently.
  • Technical Skills : Strong computer skills are a must, with experience in using customer service tools. An ECDL certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility : Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends, as required by the project.
  • Eligibility : Applicants must have a valid work permit for Malta, such as an EU ID or residence card.
