As a global organisation, Global Indirect Procurement is responsible for the procurement of non-production materials and services.

We are procurement experts for a wide range of material groups, from logistics and transport to production facilities, energy, engineering services and IT to marketing and events.

As a partner of our specialist departments, we purchase the best global overall package of quality, price and innovation.

We work with thousands of suppliers around the world.

You will join our Performance Management team, which is responsible for a truly global purchasing organisation. We're all about ensuring that the focus is on the most value-adding activities using state-of-the-art key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics : Driving Global Indirect Procurement towards optimal performance .

You'll be using data to power up our insights. Your mission : crunch numbers, spot trends, and arm our buyers and bosses with the info they need to ace procurement.

You will work in a diverse, highly motivated and fun team. We work with over 8 international locations and cultures and collaborate closely with IT.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT?

These are the challenges you face :

• Continuous improvement of our global dashboards in Power BI
• Set-up a gamification concept and implement a tool for data quality enhancement
• Collaborate in international, interdisciplinary sub-projects (IT, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury)
• Carry out evaluations in purchasing systems and Excel
• Create presentations for management decision support and reporting

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

• Degree in economics, industrial engineering, IT or comparable
• Strong spoken and written German and English skills
• Confident use of Excel
• Alteryx, Power BI knowledge desirable
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Commitment and teamwork skills
